LIONEL PREWAR LIONEL 2657 HEAT STAMPED CABOOSE

 

Lionel offered the 2657 from 1938 - 192.   This is the type IV with light red body and railings, tuscan roof, white windows, and heat stamped markings. 

 

This example is complete with all original components.  It has a hole in the roof, it looks like someone installed a chimney at some point.  The frame has also been trimmed to accomodate post war trucks.
